This is not hustle culture.

Your role is to support structure — not pressure, not supervision, not correction.

When I started working at a small private school, I saw the same thing I saw in my brother:
These middle schoolers had EXACTLY the kind of initiative and drive that every educator says we should encourage... but they had no outlet for it.
They wanted to DO something. BUILD something. Make a DIFFERENCE.
But when they'd bring up business ideas - selling things at school, starting little ventures - the answer was always some version of "not now," "that's too complicated," or "focus on your studies."
I was part of the problem. I didn't know how to help them navigate the maze of modern regulations and logistics.
And worst of all? I could see that spark in their eyes starting to dim.
They were starting to believe that entrepreneurship was for other people. For adults. For YouTubers. For anyone but them.
The same thing I feared was happening to my brother.
That's when our team had an idea: What if the KIDS could be the ones to contribute?
Watching those middle-school kids discover a confidence I'd never seen before changed everything for me.
I spent the next year obsessively researching teen entrepreneurship.

...even if nothing else has worked before.

Your teen is constantly asking you for money
You feel helpless when they show entrepreneurial interest
Every business idea feels impossible
You're torn between helping too much and helping too little
Your teen sees business success as something for "other people"
You worry about crushing their entrepreneurial spirit

Your teen is earning their own money
You have a clear roadmap to follow together
You've navigated the regulations confidently
Your teen is developing genuine life skills
They see themselves as capable and resourceful
You're bonding through this journey
